These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Red Bar Sushi and Best Thai Kitchen's website, online ordering, and text-messaging service. By using these services you agree to the terms below.

Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, menu items, and operating hours may change without notice. Orders placed online or by text are prepared for pickup at 525 East Market Street unit g, Leesburg, VA 20176 unless a delivery option is explicitly offered and selected. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Square or Stripe). You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment information you provide. Charges will appear under the merchant name associated with Red Bar Sushi and Best Thai Kitchen.

Text messaging

Red Bar Sushi and Best Thai Kitchen offers text assistance with orders and customer questions. When you text us, you consent to replies about that conversation. When you request order texts during a phone call or online checkout, we may send the requested order review and payment link, confirmation, and pickup updates. Reservation and table-ready texts relate to your reservation or waitlist request. Starting an order does not enroll you in promotional texts.

If you separately choose the optional SMS checkbox on our loyalty signup form, you agree only to recurring automated promotional text messages limited to food offers and loyalty rewards news, from Red Bar Sushi and Best Thai Kitchen. Our text program covers food, loyalty, and customer service; it does not promote alcohol. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can order or join our loyalty program without choosing promotional texts.

Pickup and no-shows

You are responsible for picking up your order within the time window communicated at checkout. Orders not picked up may be discarded at our discretion and are not refundable.

Refunds

If there is an issue with your order (missing items, incorrect items, or quality concerns), please contact us as soon as possible at +1 (571) 719-4124 so we can make it right. Refund decisions are made case by case.

Food allergies

Our kitchen handles common allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten. We cannot guarantee any item is free from cross-contact. If you have a serious food allergy, please call us directly before ordering.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, photography, menu descriptions, and design — is owned by Red Bar Sushi and Best Thai Kitchen or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Red Bar Sushi and Best Thai Kitchen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
